Ancient Technology Points in Palworld are mainly obtained by defeating bosses. Both world bosses and the ones found inside towers will yield Ancient Technology Points when defeated, though the former rewards significantly more points than the latter. Bosses found inside dungeons don't count, and you can only get Ancient Technology Points in Palworldonce per world/tower boss. The fastest way to get these is to prioritize tower bosses, since you'll get five points upon defeating them.
