Zeno is the current Omni-King, holding the title hundreds of millions of years after Lord Rymus from Dragon Ball DAIMA held the crown for himself. The only characters who don't fear Zeno in Dragon Ball are the ones who don't know him yet (and Goku, who's managed to strike up a strong friendship with the little Omni-King).
