An experience set across a gorgeous open world filled with luscious landscapes, lovable characters, and endlessly imaginative enemy encounters that build on the 1997 original in plenty of killer ways. But Rebirth is built on an older version of Unreal Engine, which its art design can only accommodate for so much. Sometimes, the lighting is ugly, and the environments appear far too simplistic for their own good.
