After coming across the pressure plate puzzle that is impossible to solve with just Kris, Susie, and Ralsei in Deltarune Chapter 5, Susie will step over the spikes to try and find an extra person. Who else is there to help than Flowery, of course. Following a conversation about turning Voice Clips on and off in the settings, and then turning Ralseis off in the Config menu, you'll come across a pressure plate puzzle involving four blocks and switches.
