Every Unique item in Diablo 4 can be upgraded into a Mythic Unique by using the Horadric Cube. However, players must reach Torment 1 before this option becomes available, and of course, that means you'll need to reach level 70 and complete a Pinnacle Dungeon first. Additionally, upgrading to Mythic Unique in Diablo 4requires 5 Pandemonium Fragments, a type of crafting material that can only be obtained by beating the Corrupted Reaper boss.
