The Black Needle in Mortal Shell 2 can be found inside the Sester's Bastion dungeon, which is inside the Sester's Gate Beacon near the Corrupted Gate in the southeastern Mammon region. To get this weapon, players will need to fight back-to-back miniboss battles against the Twin Sesters and Stray Sester — the former is fairly easy, but the latter is much trickier since the boss can parry your attacks. Once you beat the Stray Sester in Mortal Shell 2, you'll get the Black Needle as your reward.
