Delirium is an endgame mechanic in Path of Exile 2 that, when triggered, covers the entire map in fog and fills it with ethereal monsters based on raw emotions. Once a Delirium encounter begins, players have a limited amount of time to run as far away from the encounter's starting point as they can, all while defeating everything that gets in their way. Clearing a Delirium encounter in PoE 2will net you some mechanic-exclusive rewards, including the materials you need to anoint amulets.
