PoE 2: Dominion Anoint Combination

Dominion is one of the many hidden passive skills in Path of Exile 2 that players can only get by anointing an amulet or finding an item that has the skill on it. As far as anointment goes, you need one Liquid Contempt, Suffering, and Isolation (placed in this order).
