After getting your second Gym Badge in Pokemon Brick Bronze: Roria Reborn, you'll eventually make your way to Lagoona Lake and its associated town. As soon as you step into the village, you can head into the blue building on the left to enter the local Daycare Center, where you can leave your Pokemon to have them gain XP and level up without you needing to use them in battle. You can also put two Pokemon in there to make them breed for an egg (if they're compatible).
