Boruto Officially Confirms Two Ninjas That Surpassed Madara Uchiha

Madara Uchiha was officially introduced as a proper villain in the Naruto series during the Fourth Great Ninja War, chapter 560 on November 7, 2011, in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump Issue #46 upon being reanimated by none other than Kabuto Yakushi. From there onwards Madara carved out an incredible legacy for himself, such that even over a decade later, he is still remembered to be one of the very best villains in not just Naruto, but in anime as a whole.
